Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Ed Bracken, Bennett Griffin (Chair), Jerry Jalenak, Jerry Niebaum, Michelle Parmley, Patti Winn.

Our Tasks:

-Evaluate publicity & advertising

-Create a detailed timeline

-Help other groups advertise

-Determine the costs of advertising (budget)

-Evaluate changes/make recommendations to the website

-Create a plan/timeline by the end of May 2006

-Keep abbreviated minutes for other task groups to review

-Creating a Marketing & Communications Strategic Plan

-Creating the Process Foundation (master calendar, etc.)

-Creating a Common Lexicon for Communications

-Creating a Library of Reusable Communications Building Blocks

-Creating Action Plans for event publicity, marketing (evangelical outreach), etc.
